Thank you for being part of our sports community. We value your participation and want to make sure every member has a positive experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for registrations, program fees, and other purchases made through our organization.
Refund requests for program or league registrations will be considered based on the following timeline:
Certain fees are non-refundable once paid, including uniform costs (once ordered), tournament entry fees paid to third parties, background check fees, and any processing or convenience fees charged by payment providers.
If a program, league, or event is canceled by our organization before it begins, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the registration to another eligible program. If a program is canceled after it has started, a prorated refund may be issued at the discretion of the board.
We understand that unexpected situations happen. If a participant is unable to continue due to a documented injury, illness, or family relocation, a partial or prorated refund may be available. Supporting documentation (such as a physician's note) may be required.
Merchandise and spirit wear purchases are generally final sale. Items may only be refunded or exchanged if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Donations made to the organization or its fundraising campaigns are non-refundable, as they may have already been allocated toward program expenses.
To request a refund, please contact our registrar or program administrator in writing. Your request should include the participant's name, program or event name, date of registration, payment amount, and the reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days and will be issued using the original method of payment when possible. Payment processing fees (such as those charged by credit card companies) are non-refundable.
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued participation in our programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
